Wanted to get my A/C ready for the summer and thought it would be best to have it serviced, my time is very limited and when calling around, I was unable to find a company to come out when it was convenient for me.
I called Emergency Air conditioning and Heating and they were able to come out the same day. Chris was very helpful on the phone and arrived on time. Before they began their work they explained what they were going to do-asked if we had any questions.
One thing that impressed me was they wore cloth covers on their shoes upon entering my home-at all times their shoes were covered as to not dirty my carpet!
Efficient, clean, detailed and great customer service-and it did not break the bank. I was surprised at how affordable they are and will continue to use them whenever needed.

Very friendly, honest and on time, I highly recommend them. I had them come fix one of my air conditioning units and was very worried that they would tell me I would have to buy a new one. They were very easy to talk to and explained all my options for repair upfront. I'm in the construction business so I know that most of these guys try to sell you whole systems before they ever mention it can be fixed, but they didn't even mention replacing the unit. I had to ask them for pricing on the unit myself but they told me not to even worry about it b/c I'll get a few more years out of it before I ever need to think about replacing. I ended up fixing the unit for a price I was very happy with and it has been working perfectly ever since. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service I got...THANKS EMERGENCY AIR!!!!

Emergency Air Conditioning & Heating has been a pleasure to work with! They are timely and professional when entering your home. They came to assess our unit to ensure that it was running okay for the coming summer months and were able to give us an honest and reasonable solution. The part that I appreciated the most was that they provided me with MULTIPLE solutions, rather than just one so that I was able to make the choice that was best for me, rather than what was best for them. I will continue to rely on them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs and would strongly recommend them to anyone!

My air conditioning was blowing air; it just wasn't cool or hot air. I thought I could make it a few days but I was wrong. I called a different company and they were going to charge way more and I had to wait two days before someone could help me. I then called Emergency Air the next day around 5:30pm and someone was out to my house that very day within the hour I called. They were able to charge my unit fast and easy. It was very painless, Chris was very knowledgeable and I have had no problems since. Thank you Emergency Air.

This place was great, great customer service and so much more affordable. They did such a good job couldn't help but sign up for their service program.
Called them cause my air condition went out and I couldn't sleep they sent someone right out and had it fixed in no time. Never had such great customer service from any service company like this before.

Excellent, professional service! As a home owner I try to do everything myself to save money. Air conditioning and heating is something that should be left up to professionals. The trick is finding a fair, honest company to do your service and repair. Emergency Air Conditioning & Heating is the company to use. The service plan is a great deal. The technicians are honest and competent. I felt like I was important to their business and a priority in their schedule. The process was painless start to finish and I am confident that I will be in good hands in the upcoming summer season.

We found Emergency Air Conditioning at a booth at the Home Show a couple months ago. We were a little skeptic about the idea of a service plan for our AC unit, but the way Chris compared the maintenance to a car made sense! We had never had our unit serviced, and were pleasantly surprised out how simple the process was. They were easy to coordinate with and did not give us any grief over a weekend appointment. Luckily, our unit is ok for now, after a few minor replacements, nothing expensive. We trust that if ever we do need any further repairs, Emergency Air Conditioning will help us out, without breaking the bank. I'm sure the idea of a maintenance plan sounds weird, but I am now convinced that it is one of the smartest decisions we have made as new homeowners

Chris and team showed up for checkup as a part of their service plan. I expected for them to tell me I needed a new unit or a pricey new part, but they didn't. They checked my AC, cleaned it, put in new air filters and assured me we were good for summer! Quick, easy, and not an extra penny necessary! Hopefully the same is true six months from now, when they'll be back for our next checkup. I highly recommend Emergency Air Conditioning. They are professional, timely, tidy, and fairly priced. Also, the little booties they wear when inside your home are a nice touch :)

I’m embarrassed to say I’ve lived in Las Vegas since the late 1990’s, pretty much always owned a home, and this is the first maintenance I’ve ever purchased- and it took a Living Social Coupon to do it. It’s not like I don’t know it’s supposed to be done, I have friends that do it yearly, I’ve even taken a name or two down, but never followed through.
“Phil” came to the house yesterday and met with my husband. My husband, Dennis, and I both discussed “getting scammed when the guy gets here” over the weekend- and even yesterday morning we did a “reminder talk” about it.
I was braced for the call, which I got- the first thing I said was “okay, how bad is this guy telling us the units are? And, much to my delight, he said “not bad,… he made a few suggestions,…” which all sounded completely reasonable and not very expensive, considering he was already at the house and it wasn’t an emergency situation.
Dennis let me know that all the rooms were now regulate and Phil said our power bills may be going down.
The real reason for this letter is because Dennis insisted I write to let you all know what a great guy Phil is-! He said he was friendly and professional. We always appreciate that- and, to my relief, if something does go wrong with the units, or if we do yearly maintenance checks, we now have a company.
